87% of firms have a policy for seasonal cards. The most popular month for ordering cards is October (49%), followed by November (23%) and September (22%).
Accountants prefer electronic greetings
23% of all firms retain the savings rather than giving them to charity.
69% of those using off-the-shelf cards overprint a special logo, especially larger firms.
32%, mostly larger firms, have no policy for signing cards. Where there is such a policy, 87% are signed by those with the strongest relationship.
66% set a budget for cards, with marketing the budget holder in 80% of firms.
