This year's research has a particular focus on:

  • Marketing technologies being deployed within the business today and for the future;
  • Metrics and measurements being used to demonstrate strategic impact of marketing and BD;
  • How professional services marketing and BD may transform over the decade ahead.


The session will include a short presentation of results by Alastair Beddow, Meridian West, followed by a debate with a panel of experts: Louise Edwards, Michelmores; Paul Seymour, Bishop Fleming and Jon Payne, Noisy Little Monkey.
