191 members completed the November 2007 survey on Web 2.0 (44% UK; 55% law; 13& managing partners; 62% Director/Head or Manager; 50% 251-10,000 headcount.) Key findings:
- 18% of firms ban Facebook on office computers as a 'time waster'; 20% allow free access anytime arguing their people should be trusted

- 20% of firms are considering an official presence on Facebook
- Large firms are actively exploring the possibility of upgrading intranets for Web 2.0 techniques
- No firms are reporting commercial success through using Web 2.0 sites
- 46% of firms have no formal policy towards unofficial blogs or Facebook groups in the name of or linked to the firm
