 In this session Claire Rason, Client Talks will go back to basics to test the foundations of client feedback programmes.

We will look at:

  • How understanding the art of active listening can enhance client feedback programmes
  • Who listens in our organisations and how can we equip them with the skills they need
  • How mindsets might be stopping us from acting on what we hear.
